whooping rock

I was really lucky tonight, i have not seen the light as it was, so i chased down the best spot i could find in a hurry, driving up gnarly dartmoor roads to dead ends that lead to bridleways that merge into tracks and then sheep paths as i run up hill tripod in hand , dog lagging, to the sunset....pretty much how it happened...i ended up here, i didnt know at the time but its called whooping rock....

Its a shame because these images can only convey a small insight into what i saw tonight just thouroughly awe inspiringly beautiful ...and it surrounded me...
