re-edit.

having shot this three years ago i now appreciate how unique these type of conditions are. I'd hoped to get this type of shot and realised these particular fields would work.....on this particular day it all came together.

First of all I love the picture.
The ngle is perfect, as are the colours and the clarity.

Second of all, the argument about corn and wheat and barley made me laugh, it is completly irrelevant weather canadians think its called something else, and btw, I'm with you, I'd call it corn or wheat too.

The sky looks incredible, there is so much perspective to it and i love the fluffyness of the clouds.

And you're right, the weather at the moment is made for polarisers, mine hasn't left my lens all week and i've just ordered one for my wide angle!

Great ...don't you just love it when those big puffy clouds are out AND you actually have your camera with you ... but would rather see the horizon straight (boring but true) :D

indeed........i try to take my camera everywhere for that reason.......i could easily straighten the horizon...i personally don't think it would add anything to the shot...thanks for the comment......
