Thought it was high time i visited this stretch of coastline just above Newquay in Cornwall.
Its called bedruthan steps because of these large slate stacks that litter the beach not for the hundreds of steep steps you need to go down to get to the beach.
Unfortunately the gate is locked during the winter so theres no safe way to get to the beach in wet weather.
What struck me about this particular stack was its resemblance to a boot....
